Yoga Way To Birth
Our classes are built on the belief that both body and mind deserve attention in birth preparation, and we teach about childbirth within this framework. Drawing from the disciplines of yoga, Eastern philosophies and contemporary body-mind practices, we incorporate movement and body awareness exercises into our classes to add physical context to birth preparation and to facilitate personal growth.

Every baby is a life-changing gift, but sometimes the transition can be challenging or overwhelming. A postpartum doula provides a bridge of support as you grow into your new life by providing expertise, resources, and an extra set of hands so you and your family can rest and bond with your new baby. The word “doula” comes from the ancient Greek meaning “a woman who serves.” A postpartum doula nurtures the whole family.
Luna Lactation provides comprehensive support to families coping with feeding concerns. Our practice is a micro-practice. A micro-practice is a healthcare model in which a solo provider can focus on individualized, client-centered care since they keep their practice small.
